As history flew, so were the records of the USA Publications. The press corps did not join any competition from 2004-2009 because they were given a privilege of not joining the Regional College Press Conference and Awards organized by the Philippine Information Agency. This was the result of winning a Gawad Graciano Lopez Jaena Award for winning three-consecutive years in a certain major category in the said event. So far, the USA Publications earned three Gawad Lopez Jaena award for The Augustinian Mirror and two for The Augustinian.
